Peter Pan Jr. Children / family Live at Palace Theatre | Marion – February 19th, 2027

Stepping into the Palace Theatre - Marion feels like traveling back in time, with its roots stretching all the way back to 1928 when it first opened its doors to silent films and live acts. It’s one of those places that just oozes history, yet still manages to feel alive and vibrant, especially during events like Peter Pan Jr. Marion. The grand lobby, with its ornate details and flickering vintage lights, sets the perfect mood before the show begins. I mean, the balcony’s a bit of a trek, but it adds this cool sense of mystery, and the sound design up there actually makes performances feel even more immersive. And get this, back in 1988, when a power failure turned a scheduled show into an accidental acoustic concert, the crowd loved it so much they still talk about it. You can even take backstage tours and peek behind the curtain, which is pretty neat for theater buffs.
